Returns pursuant to our 30-Day Guarantee are a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. This Guarantee is void if the product has been maliciously damaged or tampered with. To process a refund, you must contact the Q3 Innovations' Service Department at 888-399-1687 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return the product within 30 days of the invoice date, return postage pre-paid.
