What information do we collect?

We collect information you provide when you place an order, send us an e-mail, call us or complete our survey. This information may include your name, your mailing address, your e-mail address, your phone number, your credit card number, and other personal information you provide to us.

We also use technology that allows us to identify your browser type, the web site you came from and the pages you view on our site.  This technology helps us to improve our web site design and content to better serve you.   

Do We Share Your Information?

Q3I does not disclose or share information about you with any third party.  We may disclose information you provide to Q3I if required by law or to protect the security or integrity of information collected or submitted on this website.

We respect a guest's preference to limit communication, and we do not e-mail customers about promotions or new products.

Q3I uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL), a protocol developed by Netscape for transmitting private documents via the Internet, to encrypt your personal information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions because it uses a cryptographic system that uses two keys to encrypt data ? a public key known to everyone and a private or secret key known only to the recipient of the message. Because we use SSL, placing an order online with Q3I is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone.

You can shop at Q3I online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

• 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.

• Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

• Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

Consumer Protection Laws

Q3I uses security measures that are designed to prevent anyone from stealing and using your credit card.  In addition, consumer protection laws protect you against the unauthorized use of your credit card. Under federal law, if someone steals your credit card or your credit card number, your liability is limited to $50 no matter how much the thief charges to your account.

Shipping Information

We process orders within 24 hours and orders are shipped out between 12 - 1 p.m. CST each business day.  All orders received by 12 p.m. CST will be shipped the same business day.  Any orders received after 12 p.m. CST will be shipped the next business day. For rush orders placed after 12 p.m. CST please call 888-399-1687 for delivery times and options.

We ship all packages via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Carriers normally only deliver on business days (Monday through Friday). UPS Saturday Delivery is a Value Added Service that is priced at $15 per package and is only available on orders with 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air services and placed before 1pm on Friday. Please contact us before ordering if you wish to add UPS Saturday Delivery.

For your convenience, we offer the following shipment options:

All UPS shipments are insured up to the first $100, and every shipment is given a UPS tracking number to helps you track your order at any time.  As long as you provide an e-mail when placing the order, you will receive an e-mail from UPS on the date of shipment with the tracking number.  

Return policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Q3I guarantees your satisfaction with our products. If you are unsatisfied with any product, we will refund the cost of the unit (less S & H charges and a 15% restocking fee) within 30 days from your date of purchase.

One Year Warranty

Q3I Wholesale offers a one-year limited warranty with most of our products.  For specific warranty information, refer to the particular product page.
